Our Protection Tools

Set a Deposit Limit

You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and any request to increase it is subject to a set waiting period. This is the most effective way to keep your budget under control.

Time-Out Feature

If you feel you need a break, use the time-out feature. Temporarily pause your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this period you will not be able to place any bets or make any deposits.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that your gambling habits are getting out of control, choose the self-exclusion option. Your account can be closed for a set period or permanently. This decision is a courageous step toward your long-term wellbeing.

Set a Loss Limit

Set a maximum daily or weekly loss limit. Once the limit is reached, your betting session will be stopped automatically. This keeps you protected from excessive losses.

24/7 Support

If at any time you feel you need help, our Bengali-language live chat support team is always ready. We are here for any questions related to responsible gaming.

Review Your Gaming History

You can view your complete betting history, deposit and withdrawal records at any time. Analyze your spending patterns and make informed decisions.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

If you notice the signs below, you should seek support promptly. The first step in responsible gaming is staying aware of yourself.

  • Continuing to play repeatedly in an attempt to recover lost money
  • Lying to family or friends about gambling
  • Taking loans or selling assets to fund gambling
  • Feeling restless or irritable when unable to play
  • Neglecting work, family, or health to focus on gambling
  • Repeatedly trying to stop playing but failing to do so
  • Experiencing stress, anxiety, or depression because of gambling

Ask Yourself — Think Before You Play

Responsible gaming means giving yourself honest answers before every session.

Am I playing for entertainment?

Gambling should always be a form of entertainment, not a source of income. If you are playing with the hope of making a profit, pause and reflect.

Am I staying within my budget?

Only bet money that you can afford to lose without it affecting your life. Never bet money set aside for essential expenses.

Have I set a time limit for my session?

Set a time limit for each session and stick to it. Take a break when the time is up.

Core Principles of Responsible Gaming

At x99999 we believe that online betting and casino gaming is a legitimate form of entertainment — but it should always be enjoyed responsibly. Our responsible gaming policy is designed so that every player can have a safe and enjoyable experience.

Gambling is never a solution to problems and is not a way to resolve financial difficulties. Only play with money that, if lost, will have no impact on your family or daily life. Before each session, set a firm budget and time limit and follow them strictly.

Remember that game outcomes depend entirely on chance. No strategy or method can guarantee a win. Increasing your bets in an attempt to 'recover' after a loss is a dangerous habit that leads to even greater losses.

If the people close to you express concern, listen to them carefully. Relationships with family and friends are always more important than any form of entertainment. x99999 always values a healthy and happy life far more than any game.
